刚刚在junk mail里看到一封电邮（不懂为什么有些不是junk mail却出现在junk mail 的folder里）。。。。。

怎么会这么快啊？ 申请表格才在几个星期前寄出去的。。。。更何况官方网站也有注明
Complete applications shall be decided by the Board within four (4) months from the date of receipt of such application.
而从寄出去到现在都还没一个月。。。而且上个星期才收到通知说我的申请已经收到了。。。
怪怪的。。
